ProTaper - SELA

ProTaper's revolutionary Self-Engaged Launch Assist, also called SELA, is a quick start kit that allows the front suspension to be temporarily compressed during the start, reducing the tendency of the bike from Cross to rear. Launch Assist also optimizes rear wheel traction by allowing the rider to be more aggressive on the accelerator while maintaining optimal control of the bike in the first phase of the race. AUTOMATIC SYSTEM Thanks to the automatic action knob, the SELA can be adjusted easily and without assistance, offering the freedom to Motocross riders to try the start from the gate independently and prepare themselves for the race. EASY INSTALLATION The starter kit is designed with a two-hinged ring which allows quick and convenient installation, without removing the front wheel or fork.
